HeaneyCougar is a business management counseling practice that performs analysis and training at all levels, ranging from one-on-one coaching, to small-group workshops, to company-wide seminars.   • Design and lead a wide range of training programs to improve management and employee people skills.
  • Recommend action to remove organizational or systemic blocks to peak performance.
  • Author recruitment, hiring, and orientation programs to match the needs of organizations with the available workforce.
  • Creates effective communication systems to help managers and employees reduce workplace fear and minimize defensive behavior in stressful situations.
  • Serve as keynote speakers on employee workforce issues at conventions, trade-shows and internal company events.
